Everyone wants health and well-being. Many people have a great passion for essential oils but sometimes they don't know how to use them. Essential oil treatment is a great way to experience the power of touch and plant's natural healing power and relaxing properties.
Our essential oil treatment offers eight different essential oils applied onto your back and feet to help create tranquility within your body.

soothes achy joints and sore muscles penetrates deep into the tissue

Peppermint oil
eases breathing issues and promotes digestive aid

One session is 1.5 hours including introduction to aromatherapy, essential oils and oil application to your spine and feet.

Self-care
Essential oils are extract and distilled from plants to support our health and wellbeing.
Diffuse : add a couple of drops to diffuser or a cup of hot water and enjoy aroma.
Breathe : take 1 - 2 drops and rub on your hands. Take a few and take deep breaths directly from the palms.
Hand massage : apply a light layer of the oil (blend) to hands. Give gentle pressure. Enjoy a sense of touch, connection and such a mindful time with ourself or your loved ones!!
Foot bath : add a couple of drops to hot water and soak feet.
