If you want to feel collected during summer...

Summer has come!! Kids are out of school. Do you feel stressed already because you have to manage "out-of-routine" schedule and drive back and forth between home, work and kids' summer camps?! Or you have planned a big trip for summer. Do you feel excited or a little more pressured?!

Breathing is such an important part of yoga practice. Breathing helps you to stay focused on the present moment and calm your body and mind. If you are feeling overwhelmed for any reasons, try to take deep breaths. You feel connected with yourself. And yes, you are OK.

Recently, I also learned how to use this essential oil blend "Breathe" provided by doTERRA and I enjoy using this for my yoga practice.

Place a drop or two in your palms and rub a couple of times. Cover your mouth and nose and breath in and out. It helps you to know how shallow/deep your breathe is. As you breathe more, feel the expansion of your breath. I always enjoy this feeling - expansion of my breath, that is expansion of my capacity.
